OBJECTIVE: Promote Johnny's Pizza House as a long-time purveyor of top-quality, great-tasting pizza. Introduce two new products.

TACTICS: Produce customer mailing of coupon book and postcards to broad-based mailing list. In-store menu and company website, all with new graphics, supported the effort. Mailings go out three times annually.
