Tex R. Kilpatrick is a licensed funeral director and is an active supporter of higher education, having served on the University of Louisiana Board of Supervisors, the ULM Foundation and the LSU Alumni and Foundation Boards. He is past president of the West Monroe Chamber and a past board member of the Monroe Chamber. An avid hunter and fisherman, Tex has served as state Chairman of Ducks Unlimited and as a National Trustee for that organization. He is past president of the Louisiana Insurers Conference and presently serves on the board of American Horizons Bank. Tex and his wife Carole are active members of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe. They have three daughters and four grandchildren.

Robin Kilpatrick Fincher is a licensed funeral director and has worked with Kilpatrick Funeral Homes for three years. She serves as a Board Member for the West Ouachita Senior Center, the Better Business Bureau and the Junior League of Monroe. She has an accounting degree from Louisiana State University and a law degree from Loyola University. She and her husband Michael are active members of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe, where they teach Sunday school to four-year-olds. They have three daughters.

Laura Kilpatrick Marchelos is a licensed funeral director and works closely with all staff members. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe and Parsons School of Design. She and her husband Zak have one son, James Kilpatrick, and are active members of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe. They recently relocated from New York City, where they both worked downtown at the time the Twin Towers were struck by terrorists.

Michael Fincher has been a member of the Kilpatrick family for 12 years. He has a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Alabama. Michael is President of Central American Life Insurance Company and a Board Member of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes. (Michael and his family attend First Baptist Church of West Monroe.)

Personal service has been a part of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes since 1927, when E.N. Kilpatrick and his bride Effie Hicks purchased a casket business in Farmerville, Louisiana. To make ends meet, E.N. worked as a mail carrier and teacher, while Effie worked at the telephone company.
